He Just Left! With Nuts!
Dave will get a kick out of this…
Bank of America just started a new thing where instead of just typing in your login and password to access your account, they present a “SiteKey” to indicate that they recognize your computer, and that you recognize them. The name is confusing, because there’s no key involved anywhere in the process. All that happens is on the login page, you are shown a small photo and a caption that you chose earlier. If it’s the correct photo and caption, then you type your password and log in.
Anyways, during the setup process for this, you can choose your photo. I chose a photo of a couple of walnuts. Now, whenever I login to the bank, I see that photo, along with my caption: “That’s A Lot Of Nuts!”
Cracks me up every time.

I have a deck of cards as my symbol. Odd that I missed the connection there, because I just have some numerical code that I need to type under it.
I found this site as the first selection for Yahoo!ing the word dysnomia, which I happen to have, but have never known much about (cool that you have the meaning right there). I was diagnosed in 1994 to get into Landmark College (Vermont), which is strictly for LD and dyslexic folks.
Odd that it’s just a random blog. Cool blog, though (at least from what little I’ve seen in the three minutes I’ve been here).
Off to check my bofa account! Woohoo!
